1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quix, a real-time interactive quiz platform operated by Uptake Agency ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. Contact: [email protected].

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Participants may join quiz sessions with a PIN and nickname without creating an account.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not create or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringes the rights of others.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Do not use the service to collect personal data from participants beyond what the platform provides.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Plans and Billing

Quix offers a free plan and paid plans as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Quix platform, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Uptake Agency. Content you create remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host, display and process it solely to operate the service.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uptake Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account by e-mailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
